No matter how great your offerings are, they won’t make an impact without a website that reflects your brand.

24/7 Access

A website allows your business to be accessible around the clock, providing customers with the information they need whenever they need it.

Market Differentiation

A well-designed website helps your business stand out in a crowded market, allowing you to showcase your products or services to a wider audience.

Drive Action

With engaging content and clear calls-to-action, a website can actively encourage hesitant visitors to interact with your brand and take the next step.

A polished, professional website instills trust and shows that your business is serious, increasing the likelihood of repeat customers and positive reviews.

Expand Reach

A website breaks geographic boundaries, allowing your business to attract customers from anywhere, opening up new growth opportunities.

/ My Process

A proven approach

I’m all about keeping things clear and straightforward. With a dedicated client portal and a thorough process in place, we’ll stay aligned every step of the way as your site comes to life.
Discovery
We’ll start with a meeting to discuss your vision, goals, and expectations for the project—everything from functionality needs to terms. This is a time for us to align and ensure we’re on the same page from the start. Based on our talk, I’ll craft a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables. Once approved, we’ll officially kick off our partnership.
Exploration
With our foundation set, we’ll go through a mood board exercise where I’ll gather design inspiration and sample websites to better understand your style preferences. Think of it as a design taste test—helping us pinpoint what resonates with you and what doesn’t. From there, I’ll present a creative direction that defines the overall aesthetic of the site. Once you’re happy with the direction, we’ll lock it in as the foundation for the design phase.
Design
This is where things start taking shape. In this critical phase, we’ll focus on two key steps: wireframes and comps.

First, I’ll create wireframes for every page in the project’s scope, mapping out the structure and content placement. These act as the blueprint of the site, focusing solely on layout—without any design elements—so we can refine the user experience. Wireframes will be designed for both desktop and mobile to ensure a seamless experience across devices.

Next comes the exciting part: comps. Here, I’ll bring our creative direction to life, applying design elements to the approved wireframes. After you provide feedback, I’ll make any necessary adjustments before we move forward.
Build & Test
Here’s where the magic happens. I’ll take the final comps and transform them into a fully functional website, staying as true to the design as possible while applying UX and web design best practices to ensure a smooth, high-performing experience.

Once the build is complete, I’ll rigorously test every page, optimize breakpoints for different screen sizes, and fix any bugs along the way. Then, you’ll get your first hands-on experience with the site, testing it on your own devices to ensure everything works as expected before launch.
Launch
As we prepare to go live, I’ll help you connect your domain, audit pages for SEO improvements, and ensure everything is in place for a smooth launch. Once you give the green light, I’ll officially transfer the site to you—so you can proudly share it with the world!
Offboard
In this final phase, I’ll equip you with the tools and knowledge to confidently manage your new website. You’ll receive clear video tutorials and guidelines on how to make edits, along with any templates or assets that might be useful.

If we’ve arranged ongoing site maintenance, we’ll stay in touch to ensure updates are made as needed. If you’ll be managing the site yourself, know that you’re never on your own—I’m always available to help with future questions or to collaborate on new features as your site evolves.

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Reach out!
How much do you charge?
Every website I build is unique, so the cost depends on several factors like layout complexity, page count, the level of interactivity, and whether your site will use a CMS or be a simpler static site. My pricing typically starts at $1,000.

For a more accurate estimate tailored to your project, I recommend filling out the form on my Let’s Talk page so I can learn more about your needs. If your budget is more limited, we can always discuss ways to adjust the scope to better fit your budget while still delivering a great site!
How does the payment process work?
Once we’ve discussed your specific needs and agreed on pricing and terms, I’ll send you an invoice via email. A 50% deposit is required upfront to kick off the project, with the remaining 50% due only once you’re happy with the site and ready for it to be transferred to you.
How long does it normally take?
For most projects, following my proven process, a website typically takes about 4-6 weeks from start to finish. However, the timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the project. Larger websites may take longer, while smaller ones can often be completed more quickly.

There are a few other factors that can affect the timeline, such as how quickly we can schedule meetings, your availability to provide feedback, and how quickly you can supply the content for your site (like images, text, etc.). The more efficient we are with these, the faster I can deliver your website.
What about hosting?
Hosting is pretty straightforward. I’ll design and build your site on my account, and once your site is ready, you’ll select a site plan based on Webflow’s pricing tiers that best suits your needs. After that, I’ll guide you through purchasing a domain or connecting one you already own, and we’ll get everything set up!
Can you do e-commerce sites?
Yes, I have experience working on large e-commerce projects. Designing e-commerce sites comes with its own set of complexities, but I’m here to guide you through the entire process. Webflow has e-commerce functionality that works great for most businesses, but if you’re anticipating rapid growth or have specific needs, we can also discuss other platforms like Shopify.
How will the project be managed?
I’ll set you up with a personalized Client Portal where you can easily track your project’s progress, upload files and documents, and stay updated on what's coming next. You’ll always know where things stand and never have to worry about being out of the loop or losing track of important details.
Can you help me after the project is over?
Absolutely! I’m committed to ensuring you have everything you need to successfully run your site moving forward. I’ll always be in your corner as an advocate for your brand. If you want to add new features or make updates, we can start a new project together and continue our partnership. I’m here to help you grow!
